PURPOSE: To provide a carrying device for soldering capable of coping with the error in the thickness of a work, and surely fixing the work during the soldering.
CONSTITUTION: A number of carrying claws 3 which hold both side parts of a work W to be soldered and carry the work are fitted to a pair of carrying chains 2 which are provided in an endless manner. The carrying claw 3 consists of a claw body part 3a fitted to the carrying chains 2, a receiving claw part 3d integrated with this claw body part 3a, and a pushing claw part 3f provided at the position separate from this receiving claw part 3d. The pushing claw part 3f is formed of the shape memory alloy which restores its shape to the receiving claw part 3d side while it is heated to hold the work W. At the normal temperature, the pushing claw part 3f made of the shape memory alloy which is plastically deformed to the position separate from the receiving claw part 3d restores the shape to the receiving claw part 3d by the heating related to the soldering to hold the work W. The receiving claw part 3d locks the work W at a prescribed level.
