Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate turning action through inexpensive and simple structure to save a space, and also carry other workpieces even in working by carrying a shuttle passage through compressed air with a workpiece locked and held by the shuttle.
SOLUTION: A workpiece 25 finished working on a delivery side is locked and held by the locking pin 33b of a shuttle 33. Then the shuttle 33 is passed through a conduction path in a shuttle tube member to be carried to a through hole 48 in a shuttle case 46, by communicating a shuttle installation hole 27 and a through hole 36, and then compressed air is introduced into the inside of the hole 27 from a delivery side air tube 29, and opening the receiving side air tube 29. The shuttle 33 finished carrying the workpiece 25 is returned to the initial position by supplying the compressed air through the receiving side air tube 29, and opening the delivery side air tube 29, to prepare the next carrying.
