Abstract:

To provide a carrying device capable of restraining the occurrence of a re-skew when feeding paper after removing a skew.

This carrying device 3 includes a paper feeding roller 16 for feeding a recording object medium P, a carrier roller 35 for carrying the recording object medium P fed by the paper feeding roller 16 and intermediate roller parts 25 and 31 for supporting the recording object medium P between the paper feeding roller 16 and the carrier roller 35. The intermediate roller parts 25 and 31 include a first intermediate roller 26 arranged on the paper feeding roller 16 side and a second intermediate roller 32 arranged on the carrier roller 35 side. Peripheral velocity of the second intermediate roller 32 is set to peripheral velocity or more of the carrier roller 35, and peripheral velocity of the first intermediate roller 26 is set to peripheral velocity or less of the second intermediate roller 32.
