PURPOSE: To make miniaturization and save a space by rotatably supporting a drum- like supporting member between the inlet and outlet of a constant temperature bath, and insertedly retaining part of mounting substrates in a groove formed on the outer peripheral surface of a supporting member to be rotated and carried between the inlet and outlet of the constant temperature bath in a carrying structure for an inline type constant temperature bath for electronic parts mounting substrates.
CONSTITUTION: A parts mounting substrate 8 carried to the inlet 10a of a constant temperature bath 10 is passed tot he carrying belt 17a in the constant temperature bath 10. Next the parts mounting substrate 8 is sent to a drum-like carrying path 11, and its one end is inserted in the substrate insertion groove 14 of a drum-like supporting member 12, temporarily stopped at a horizontal position, from the belt 17a. Then the resuming of the rotation of the drum-like supporting member 12 causes the rotation of the substrate 8 too in an arrow A direction. In the same way, the substrate 8 is received in the groove 14 in order to be moved successively, and is turned over to a belt 17b on an outlet side to be carried out. This constitution permits miniaturization and space-saving.
