PURPOSE: To streamline the operation control in a spinning mill provided with many roving frames and fine spinning frames respectively, by combining a roving frame with a plural of fine spinning frames to form one unit and by performing roving feed in a special pattern within each unit.

CONSTITUTION: One unit is formed by combining a roving frame 1 with a plural of (four in the figure) fine spinning frames 3aW3d. The roving frame 1 is fitted with a main rail R, while either side of the fine spinning frames 3aW3d with preliminary rails 3bL, 3bR,.... These rails are respectively connected, via each switch 4, to the extended part of the main rail R. Each of the preliminary rails is provided with a bobbin carriage, and such a control system as to prevent the other bobbin carriages from entering the main rail R when any of the carriage enters the rail R is also provided.
