PURPOSE: To provide the title cartridge with a piercing needle and fastening device which are easily to be set in and hardly to drop off, but easily to be separated from the cartridge after operation.

CONSTITUTION: An ear-piercing cartridge consists of the 1st constituting member 10 in which a piercing needle 4 is set and the 2nd member 20 in which a fastening device 6 to fasten the piercing needle 4 on an earlobe is set. Both members are formed possible to come close to each other, and a point of the needle 4 is held. The 1st constituting member 10 is provided with a needle holding part 12 which is broken by an ornament 3 upon operation, and the 2nd one 20 with a pair of engaging elements 23, 23 which give a drop-off resistance by engaging a pair of grip parts 5, 5. After the piercing needle 4 is driven, and when an engaging part 2 of the needle 4 is engaged with the grip parts 5, 5 of the fastening device 6, the drop-off resistance between the grip parts 5, 5 and the engaging elements 23, 23 are reduced.
