PURPOSE: To eliminate a danger to exceed the permissible current of a commercial power source and, simultaneously, to miniaturize a device by connecting a first tridirectional valve and a second tridirectional valve to the suction port and discharge port of a pump provided in a cup automatic vending machine, respectively, and making the pump single.

CONSTITUTION: By connecting a first tridirectional valve 19 and a second three woy valve 24 to a suction port 6a and a discharge port 6b of a pump 6, respectively, and executing the current flowing control, at the time of ordinary sales, water is fed from a cistern 2 as the suction water feed source of the pump 6, and simultaneously, the force feeding head of the force feeding pump 6 supply water toward a cooling water coil 9. At the time of the feed water due to the water level lowering of the cistern 2, the water is fed from a cartridge tank 15 as the suction feed water source of the pump 6, and simultaneously, the force feeding head of the pump 6 supply water toward the cistern 2. In such a way, by utilizing the pump 6 provided in a cup automatic vending machine 1, the danger to exceed the permissible current of the commercial power source can be eliminated, and the miniaturization as the device can be executed.
