PURPOSE: To make assembling in off-line possible and to make assembling of plate bricks at the other place having good circumference possible by arranging an intermediate base plate including a cartridge type runner cutting off mechanism between a bottom base plate and a case base plate.
CONSTITUTION: An upper plate 2, intermediate plate 1 and lower plate 3 are set in a cartridge case 7 as one set of the upper and the lower parts and the surface pressing load is beforehand applied by a fastening means to make the cartridge. The intermediate base plate 11 is laid on the cast base plate 13 and the lower nozzle 17 is arranged, and the sand and the mortar are filled up in the surroundings of the lower nozzle and fixed. The cartridge is set in the intermediate base plate and further, the surface pressing load is applied with bolts and nuts through disk springs. An upper nozzle 18 is arranged at the prescribed position and the bottom base plate 12 is laid on the intermediate base plate 11, and the sand and the mortar are filled up into gap between the bottom base plate and the upper nozzle 18 and fixed. A mold is set on the bottom base plate 12. A rod 4 for sliding the intermediate plate is inserted from the outside part and driving mechanism 6 is fitted to a driving mechanism supporting table 5 and air cooling piping for cooling is connected with an air source.
