Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge capable of accurately moving a shutter.SOLUTION: A development cartridge 1 includes: a development frame 2 having a development chamber 8 and a tonner storage chamber 7; an agitator 3 arranged in the tonner storage chamber 7; and a shutter 162 arranged between the development chamber 8 and the tonner storage chamber 7. The shutter 162 is configured to move between a first position where the movement of tonner between the development chamber 8 and the tonner storage chamber 7 is regulated and a second position where the movement of tonner between the development chamber 8 and the tonner storage chamber 7 is allowed. The shutter 162 is configured to move from the first position to the second position according as a semicircular plate part 157 of the agitator 3 comes into contact with an arm 165 of the shutter 162, and the end portion of an agitator shaft 150 is energized by a compression spring 160.
