Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the control traffic required for a location registration and a call in a mobile communication system.
CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication system is composed of plural radio zones and provides plural mobile terminals with communication services of plural classifications. The information on the allowable degree of the delay of a call connection is added to the call to a mobile terminal MS1 (to MSn) and when a call connection delay is not allowed from the information on this allowable degree, a simultaneous call is performed for the mobile terminal to be the incoming object of the call from all the radio zones CL1 to CL9 (CL10 to CL12, CLn) of a location registration area LRA1 (to LRAx). When the call connection delay is allowed, the calls to the mobile terminal to be the incoming object of the call by the radio zone unit of the part of the location registration area are successively performed.
