Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the reliability of a sales data processing system and to quickly input sales data by sending the sales data, which can be directly processed, in the sales data processing system.
CONSTITUTION: When sales data is inputted to a cash register device 1, a receipt is outputted by a receipt issuing means 11. It is registered in a journal by a journal register means 12. Further, it is stored in a sales data storage area 14 by a sales data storing means 13. When stored sales data is processed in the sales data processing system, an online transmission means 15 is used to send contents of the data storage area 14 to a public line.
