Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate smooth and efficient excavation by preventing the generation of notable wear, chipping or cracking to all tips even to the ground with a hard layer.
SOLUTION: A plurality of casing cutter bits 11... with tips 15, 16 protruded from a cylindrical casing pipe are provided in the circumferential direction of the casing pipe. A plurality of tips 15, 16 are protrusively provided at the tip part of a bit body 12 of the casing cutter bit 11, and the partial tips 15 out of these tips 15, 16 provided at the tip of the casing pipe are made higher in hardness than the other tips 16.
