To obtain a casing for keeping cosmetics which can be used economically and can be sorted out by parts or by materials easily.
A casing for keeping cosmetics is made up of the following parts: A dish-shaped part 5, which cancels to join is housed in a skirt 3 with an opening 2 for inserting a jig on the bottom. A metallic part 11 for joining the cap has a joining part 8 for an inner cylinder 15 which is inserted into and is fixed to the skirt except for a joining part 6 for a cap on the top, a piece 9 preventing bending made at the joining part, and a protrusion 10 for joining made at a part for joining the cap to which the piece preventing bending corresponds. The inner cylinder has a joining piece 12 inserted into a part for joining the cap, a ring-shaped catching groove 13 found at an upper periphery of the joining piece, and a cutting groove where the piece preventing bending of the part for joining the cap is inserted. The piece preventing bending is made at a position where it meets the joining piece in the catching groove. A metallic, outer cylinder 17 has its lower part inserted into the part for joining the cap, and a ring-shaped, catching piece 16 which joins to the catching groove of the inner cylinder as the catching piece can rotate. A dish part 19 is placed inside the outer cylinder as the dish part can move up and down. An elevating system 20 is also equipped.
