Abstract:
PURPOSE:To highly accurately position a cassette disc by disposing a member small in friction factor between a lower case and a coupling. CONSTITUTION:The thin annular film with thickness of 0.1mm made of 'Flon(R)' series resin of small friction factor 10 is adhered on the surface of the protruding part 5a of the coupling 5, the film being facing the lower case 1b. To load the cassette disc in the cassette containing part of the magnetic disc device side, a cassette case 1 is pressed, so that the part 5a of the coupling 5 is pushed by the lower case 1b thereby to insert a spindle 8 into the coupling 5. During the said process of inserting action, the annular sheet of Teflon resin 10 provided on the protruding part 5a contacts the lower case 1b, and therefore, the frictional resistance between them is of a decreased value than conventional.
