Abstract:
To provide an economical cassette type roller dies excellent in durability by improving wear resistance of a bearing, even in the case of using a drawing process to a material to be worked with high speed of the cassette type roller dies with a continuous operation for long term.
In the cassette type roller dies arranging one pair of hole type roller dies to two bearing frames, respectively and uniting these bearing frames with a frame construction, the roller bearings are arranged in the roller shafts at the both sides of the hole type roller dies, and the bearing in the roller bearing is fitted so as to be attachable/detachable to the bearing frame. Further, the bearing is made of a wear resistant steel.
