Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cast capable of manufacturing a highly accurate molding and easy to reuse molding sand.SOLUTION: A cast manufacturing method comprises: a blending step of adding and mixing sodium silicate and resin-coated alumina cement to and with molding sand, to prepare a mixture; a cast manufacturing mold setting step of preparing and setting a cast manufacturing mold having a shape along the external shape of a cast; a charging step of charging and compacting the mixture in the cast manufacturing mold; a solidifying step of solidifying the mixture charged into and compacted in the cast manufacturing mold; and a removing step of removing the cast manufacturing mold from the mixture dried and solidified.
