PURPOSE: To provide various ways of playing with a single toy car by providing a toy car with a caster detachably on a front part of a lower surface of a chassis of the car which can steer the car with the front part of the chassis floating up.

CONSTITUTION: The toy car 1 has a bumper 6 which can be mounted detachably on a front part of a lower surface of a chassis 4. The bumper 6 is mounted in a way that a hanging part is brought into an engagement with a nail 4c of an elastic engaging part with a pair of inserting sides 6b protruding from a rear end of the bumper 6 inserted into insertion ports 4a which are formed on a lower side of the chassis 4. The bumper 6 is further provided with an idle roller 13 on either side rotatably around a shaft 13a. A caster 15 is mounted on a lower side of the bumper 6 by a screw 14, and a guide projection 12 is mounted detachably on a rotary arm of the caster 15. In the case that the guide projection is mounted, a steering operation is carried out by engaging the guide projection 12 with a guide groove of a separately prepared rail.
