Abstract:
To provide a casting device for defect evaluation capable of changing a position in which casting defects such as zag defects are formed in an ingot, and a method for producing an ingot for defect evaluation.SOLUTION: A casting device 1 is used for producing an ingot for defective evaluation having a casting defect(s) comprises a stool 10 and a laminated mold 20 obtained by being laminated with a plurality of cylindrical mold pieces 2 on the stool 10, and at least one of the plurality of mold pieces 2 is made of a material having a thermal conductivity different from the other mold pieces 2. Alternatively, a method for producing an ingot for defective evaluation has a process of producing an ingot by performing casting using the casting device 1 for defective evaluation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
