Abstract:
To provide a casting device, solving the problem that a fusing time cannot be shortened because of the structure and mechanism of a fusing device, resulting in the dispersion of the fusing time, the impossibility of holding melt and controlling its temperature and the leakage of the melt before complete fusion.
The casting device comprises a fusing part consisting of a fusing crucible 1 and heating devices 6, 7 and provided on the upper part and a coagulating part consisting of a mold 9 and provided on the lower part. A tapping hole 3 is provided in the bottom of the fusing crucible and the fusing crucible has a tapered portion facing the tapping hole. A silicon plug is installed in the tapping hole.
