In the method, a steel having a composition comprising, by mass, 0.04 to 0.25% C, 0.10 to 1.00% Si, 0.1 to 1.5% Mn, 4.0 to <20.0% Cr, 0.5 to 6.0% Mo, 0.001 to 0.05% Al and 0.02 to 0.07% N, and the balance Fe with impurities wherein the content of S is ≤0.010% and the content of P is ≤0.030% is cast.
