PURPOSE: To shorten the necessary time from die opening to die clamping by inserting a work into cavity from outside of both dies through guide hole communicating with the cavity under clamping condition of both dies.
CONSTITUTION: The die clamping of both dies 3, 5 is executed and the cavity S between the die surfaces 3a, 5a of both dies 3, 5 and the guide hole Sa communicating with the outer part of both dies 3, 5 from the cavity S are formed. Further, the work W is engaged with upper part of a working pin 10a and held. Successively, after shifting the working rod 10 to evacuating position, at the time of again shifting, the tip part of the work W is inserted into the cavity S through the guide hole Sa. Further, molten metal is pressed in the cavity S through the prescribed runner and casting integrated with the work W is executed, to form a product G. Lastly, the working pin 10a is returned back to the evacuating position and at the time of executing the die opening of both dies 3, 5, the product G is shifted to the prescribed position accompanied with the die 5 and discharged.
