PURPOSE: To improve quality of casting products by connecting each lower end of cavity part with a runner through each ingate and also connecting each head part at the upper part of the cavity with a linked runner joined in a sprue.

CONSTITUTION: The runner 4 in horizontal direction from a position at a little upper part of the sprue bottom 3 is formed, and also each ingate part 6 is arranged at the upper position of the runner 4 and is connected at each cavity 7 bottom. The head parts 8 are formed at the upper part of each cavity 7 and connected with the linked runner 9 arranged at horizontal direction, and its runner 9 is further jointed in the sprue 2. Molten metal poured into the sprue 2, is flowed to the runner 4, and at the same time, filled up in the cavity 7 from its lower position through the ingate parts 6. When the molten metal surface reaches to the head parts 8, new molten metal with high temp. floods in the head parts 8 through the runner 9 and mixes with the molten metal with low temp. to promote the heading effect. Therefore, the structure of the casting products is uniformized and the quality of it is improved.
