Abstract:
To provide a casting mold for aluminum die casting that is easy to manufacture, does not crack during a casting process, and has excellent durability.SOLUTION: A casting mold for aluminum die casting 30 comprises a stationary side casting mold 10 (movable side casting mold 20) having a cavity portion 11 (21) made of graphite and a basis 12 (22) holding the cavity portion 11 (21), the stationary side casting mold 10 and the movable side casting mold 20 cause the front faces 11a, 21a of the respective cavity portions 11, 21 to face each other and the movable side casting mold 20 is arranged in such a manner that the movable side casting mold 20 can come close to and can separate from the stationary side casting mold 10, a front face 11a of the cavity portion 11 of the stationary side casting mold 10 is held in a state in which the front face 11a more protrudes toward the movable side casting mold 20 than a front face 12a of the basis 12 of the stationary side casting mold 10, the front face 21a of the cavity portion 21 of the movable side casting mold 20 is held in a state in which the front face 21a more protrudes toward the stationary side casting mold 10 than the front face 12a of the basis 12 of the movable side casting mold 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
