To provide a process paper for concrete decoration capable of obtaining a visual effect from a plurality of directions.SOLUTION: A process paper for concrete decoration comprises: a base material sheet 11; and a hardening retarder layer 13 containing a resin composition including a concrete hardening retarder that is formed on either face 11a of the base material sheet 11. Then, a three-dimensional pattern including a face tilted relative to the either face 11a is formed at a face 13a on the side opposite to the base material sheet 11 of the hardening retarder layer 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
