Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casting conveying and cooling device capable of conveying a cooling box for storing a casting while reducing equipment cost, in a narrow installation space.SOLUTION: A casting conveying and cooling apparatus comprises: a plurality of casting cooling boxes each storing a casting taken out of a casting mold; a plurality of cooling box conveying trucks for placing the casting cooling boxes; a truck conveying and cooling device for conveying the plurality of cooling box conveying trucks; and a cooling box conveying device for conveying a plurality of cooling boxes. The casting cooling box comprises: a storage part for storing the casting; and a stacking support part capable of stacking the storage parts by separating them from one another by a prescribed distance so as to enable ventilation. The casting conveying and cooling apparatus comprises, between the cooling box conveying device and the truck conveying and cooling device: a stacking device for stacking and placing the casting cooling boxes on the cooling box conveying trucks conveyed on the cooling box conveying device on a truck conveying and cooling device; and a casting cooling box separation device for separating and placing a plurality of stages of casting cooling boxes conveyed on the truck conveying and cooling device for each casting cooling box on the cooling box conveying device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
