Abstract:
To allow a user to easily obtain catalogs at an appointed date and time without consciousness of differences among product-offering companies that offer products.
A terminal 11 obtains product information from a product database 12, and accesses a terminal 13 of a product-offering company, connected to a telephone line corresponding to a telephone number of the site for a catalog of the product to be requested, to request the catalog. Based on the stock state of the catalog requested from the terminal 11, the terminal 13 calculates a delivery date and time of the catalog, and transmits it to the terminal 11. The product-offering company sends out the catalog so that the catalog can arrive at the delivery date and time.
