PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalyst for an antifogging agent composition having antifogging performance generally required for a vehicle lighting tool and forming an antifogging coated film of which water sagging mark is extremely inconspicuous even after drying water sagging, an antifogging agent composition containing the same and a resin member having the antifogging coated film formed therefrom.SOLUTION: There is provided a catalyst (A) for antifogging composition which is a (meth)acrylate copolymer formed from a monomer mixture containing a vinyl monomer having a sulfonic group (a1), a (meth)acrylamide monomer (a2), a methoxy ethylene glycol group-containing (meth)acrylate monomer (a3) and an alkyl group-containing (meth)acrylate monomer (a4) with (a) of 4 to 19 wt.%, (a2) and (a3) of total 40 to 80 wt.% and (a4) of 10 to 48 wt.% based on the monomer mixture of the (a1) to (a4) component.SELECTED DRAWING: None
