Abstract:
To provide a high active catalyst making binary fine pore silica having two kinds of fine pores of macropore and mesopore as a carrier, solving a problem wherein sufficient characteristic is not obtained since a high specific surface area possessed by the carrier cannot be effectively utilized.
The Rh/SiO2 catalyst in which the binary fine pore silica is carried with Rh is obtained by after impregnating a solution of Rh compound to the binary fine pore silica having two kinds of fine pores of the macropore having a porous diameter of micrometer area and the mesopore having porous diameter of nano-meter area, heating-treating/reducing-treating it.
