To enhance brightness of a field emission type light by effectively utilizing light emitted at a phosphor by a simple structure, by improving an application pattern of CNT while adopting a transparent conductive film, by applying CNT film on the transparent conductive film by a dot pattern, or by applying the CNT film on the transparent conductive film or directly on a glass substrate thin-film by a solid pattern, and by reducing loss of the light in a cathode by enhancing transparency of the cathode.
This is the field emission type light which is provided with the cathode having a field emission type emitter and the anode having the phosphor on a surface, and in which electrons discharged from the emitter are made to emit light at the phosphor, and the emitter is composed by applying a carbon nano tube (CNT) on the transparent substrate in a light-transmissive application pattern.
