Abstract:
PURPOSE: A cathode member for a magnetron and a magnetron apparatus using thereof are provided to increase the welding intensity with a simplified structure of the magnetron. CONSTITUTION: A cathode member for a magnetron includes an end hat(10) for a magnetron and a cathode lead. The end hat(10) for a magnetron includes a hole-shape depression. The cathode lead supports the end hat. The terminal of the cathode lead is coupled with the hole-shape depression(18). The cathode member for a magnetron is welded at the position at which the terminal of the cathode lead is coupled with the hole-shape depression(18). The hole-shape depression(18) according to the present invention is in a hook-like shape.
