Abstract:
To provide a cathode structure capable of maintaining a quick action property for a long period.SOLUTION: A cathode structure includes: a cathode: a heater 13; a plurality of heater supporting members 16 each having a plurality of long round hole parts h; and a reflection cylinder. Each of the heater supporting members 16 includes a first arc surface S1 and a second arc surface S2 in each of the long round hole parts h. The plurality of long round hole parts h of each of the heater supporting members 16, includes a plurality of first long round hole parts h1 and a plurality of second long round hole parts h2, which are alternately arranged along a corresponded reference line RL. The heater 13 in each first long round hole part h1 is in contact with the second arc surface S2, and the heater 13 in the plurality of second long round hole parts h2 is in contact with the first arc surface S1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
