Abstract:
To provide the cation exchange resin regeneration tower capable of efficiently extracting an anion exchange resin from the cation exchange resin regeneration tower.SOLUTION: The cation exchange resin regeneration tower 10 comprises: a bottom part to which a backwash water supply pipe 11 having a valve 11a is connected, and a top part to which drain piping 12 for backwash drainage with the valve 12a is connected. An anion exchange resin exhaust port 15 is installed in the middle of the cation exchange resin regeneration tower 10 in a vertical direction, and the anion exchange resin exhaust port 15 is connected to an upstream end of resin transfer piping 14. The valve 14a is provided in midstream of the resin transfer piping 14. Each exhaust port 15 is provided at a lower end of each branch piping 14A. The exhaust port 15 includes an enlarged diameter structure such as a downward taper shape or a trumpet shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
