To provide a caulking device capable of surely obtaining caulking fixing between two members.
The caulking device 5 caulks a first member 2 and a second member 3. The first member 2 is equipped with a boss 22, while the second member 3 has an insertion hole 32 capable of being inserted with the boss 22. The caulking device has a pressing fixture 70 which suppresses looseness between the first member 2 and the second member 3 by pressing the second member 3 in such a state that the boss 22 is inserted into the insertion hole 32. The pressing fixture 70 has a press surface 72a capable of pressing the second member 3 so as to enclose at least a part of the peripheral direction of the boss 22. The first member 2 is caulked to the second member 3 by bringing an ultrasonic horn 60 into contact with the tip of the boss 22 in such a state that the boss 22 is inserted into the insertion hole 32, and the second member 3 is pressed at a position to enclose at least a part of the peripheral direction of the boss 22 by the pressing fixture 70.
