Abstract:
To reliably perform caulking-stopping.SOLUTION: A caulking-stopping device 1 is a device for caulking-stopping an annular fitting part 93 of a guide plate 9 over a whole outer peripheral edge 81a which surrounds a center line C of a carrier 8 at a prescribed interval. The caulking-stopping device 1 has a baseplate 2, a center shaft 3, an operation lever 5 and a caulking mechanism 7. On the baseplate 2, the carrier 8 is supported such that its rotation around the center line X is regulated. The operation lever 5 is rotatably supported around the center line X by a center shaft 3, and is attachable to and detachable from the center shaft 3. The caulking mechanism 7 is supported by the operation lever 5 and has a projection part 714 of a caulking roller 70 in pressure contact with the outer periphery of a fitting part 93. The fitting part 93 is caulking-stopped to the outer peripheral edge 81a by the caulking mechanism 7 being displaced in a circumferential direction around the center line X in coordination with rotation around the center line X of the operation lever 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
