To provide a cold cathode fluorescence flat lamp (CCFFL) and a cavity structure for reducing cost and process time duration of the cold cathode fluorescence flat lamp.
The cold cathode fluorescence flat lamp (CCFFL) 200 includes a cavity structure 205, at least one electrode set 240, fluorescence material 250 and discharge gas. The cavity structure includes a cavity shell 210, a plurality of spacers 290 and curing paste. The spacers are disposed in the cavity shell. The tolerance of the spacer's height is larger than 0.02 mm, or in the range of about 1/20-1/4 of the height of the spacer. The curing paste 230 is disposed between the spacer and the cavity shell. The electrode set is disposed in or out of the cavity shell. The fluorescence material 250 is disposed on an inner wall of the cavity shell.
