PURPOSE: To facilitate the handling of a compact disk and to prevent dirt from sticking to the disk because of its keeping away from direct contact with fingers by adding a mechanism for releasing a disk fixing part in a case to a mechanism for holding the compact disk by elasticity or spring force.

CONSTITUTION: When the compact disk is taken out of the case, force is given to a finger pressing spot 1 to open a disk holding parts 3 each having a step with the supporting part 2 as a fulcrum, and a contacting part 5 is pressed against a central part of the case to release the compact disk from its fixing while adjusting pressing force with a spring 4, and then the force at the spot 1 of finger pressing is diminished so that the disk is caught by the holding parts 3. By this method, the compact disk can simply without touching is directly by hand and fingers, and its manipulation is facilitated, while the disk is prevented from soiling, and can be used and preserved under the superior state.
