Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend a waiting time, when a same battery is in use by reducing the power consumption in the waiting state.
SOLUTION: In this CDMA communication method, a message prediction channel different from a paging channel is set, and a page message prediction signal denoting whether or not a time slot after an n-th slot includes a page message required to be monitored by a mobile station is generated. Then the page message prediction signal is transmitted by using the page message prediction channel.
