To provide a ceiling structure in which members (support members) used are simple and the construction can be performed extremely easily.SOLUTION: The ceiling structure of the present invention includes: a holding member 2 provided with a horizontal support base portion 21; and a ceiling member 1 including rising portions 12, 12' raised upward on the left and right of a face plate portion 11, support surface portions 13, 13'extending from the upper ends of the rising portions 12, 12' to the support base portion 21 side and mounted on the support base portion 21, folded portions 14, 14' with the tips of the support surface portions 13, 13' folded down.
