To provide a construction structure and a construction method of a ceiling surface material for mounting the ceiling surface material to a ceiling part capable of easily sending out, transporting and arranging on the ceiling part, the ceiling surface material rolled in a roll shape and having superior workability and economical efficiency.SOLUTION: The construction structure of a ceiling surface material includes a horizontal material 6, a holding material 12 mounted to a lower part of the horizontal material 6, a roll material 8 supported rotatably by a suspension member 82 suspended from the horizontal material 6 and an auxiliary roller 10 arranged rotatably between the lower parts of adjacent horizontal materials 6. The transportation direction of the ceiling surface material 4 sent out from the roll material 8 is guided toward a groove shape holding part 14 by the auxiliary roller 10, left and right edges of the ceiling surface material 4 are fitted into the groove shape holding part 14 respectively, the ceiling surface material 4 is moved in a depth direction along the groove shape holding part 14 while sending out the ceiling surface material 4 from the roll material 8 and the ceiling surface material 4 is arranged in a ceiling part 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
