Abstract:
To provide a cell culture observation container which allows a user to observe a cell while culturing a cell and to adjust easily, a focal distance when observing the cell.SOLUTION: A cell culture observation container C is formed into a polygonal prism shape and comprises: a closed polygonal bottom surface of the polygonal prism; an opening provided on an upper end part facing the bottom surface; and a side peripheral wall 20 forming a side periphery of the cylindrical shape. The side peripheral wall comprises permeability and a mark which can be used for focal distance adjustment of auto focus. According to the cell culture observation container, when observing the cell cultured in the container by an observation system VS, the auto focus function adjusts the focal distance by the mark. Therefore variation of the focal distance for every measurement and variation of a dimension of the observed cell can be suppressed, so that the cell can be stably observed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
