Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell image processing method of acquiring a cell image with improved spatial resolution, a cell image processing apparatus, and a cell image processing program.SOLUTION: A cell image processing method includes: a first acquisition step of acquiring a quantitative phase image of a cell; a second acquisition step of acquiring a high-frequency component image of the cell; a setting step of setting luminance of the quantitative phase image and the high-frequency component image; and a subtraction step of subtracting the set high-frequency component image from the set quantitative phase image to obtain a subtraction image.
