Abstract:
To provide a device for accurately injecting a cell to a specific position that is the outside in the vicinity of a vessel, which has not been conventionally performed, and an injection method using the device.SOLUTION: By allowing a puncture needle to enter while observing a balloon catheter that has been guided to a target site and extended, by an ultrasonic probe, cell injection is performed from the puncture needle at the vicinity of the outside of a vessel. By providing a needle holder for defining a direction of the puncture needle, the entrance direction of the needle is made accurate. Since the relative positional relationship with the probe is fixed by the needle holder, by displaying an estimated entrance line of the puncture needle, more accurate puncture is possible.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
