The cell phone has a means for storing a user's sign data in advance, a means for inputting the user's sign and converting it into electronic data, and a means for collating the stored sign data with the input sign data converted into the electronic data. The center server of the cell phone has a means for storing user identification information including the phone number of the cell phone; a communication means for communication between card affiliates' terminals and a card company's server; a means for receiving the user identification data and account data from the affiliates' terminals; a means for sending the account data to the cell phone after verifying the user identification data; a means for receiving the result of sign collation performed at the cell phone; a means for sending the account data to the credit card company's server; a means for receiving credit data from the card company's server; and a means for sending the credit data to the affiliates' terminals and the cell phone.
