Abstract:
To provide a cell separation substrate that can adsorb a specific cell selectively, allows the cell to be easily desorbed from the cell separation substrate, and further can give a high-purity cell, and a cell separation method using the substrate.SOLUTION: A cell separation substrate has a substrate whose surface is fixed with a copolymer having at least an ureido group-containing repetitive sequence, which is a repeat of a specific ureido group-containing structure, and a charge-containing repetitive sequence, with its upper limit critical solution temperature (UCST) ranging from 4°C to 50°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None
