To provide a cell stack device, a fuel cell module, and a fuel cell device capable of improving the efficiency of power generation.
The cell stack device includes a cell stack arranged by a plurality of fuel cells 2 via current-collecting members 3 in an erected state, a manifold 6 for supplying reaction gas to the fuel cell 2 wherein a lower end of the fuel cell 2 is fixed, and a reaction gas supply tube 7 for supplying the reaction gas to the manifold 6. The reaction gas supply tube 7 has a reaction gas supply port 15 at one end, and the one end is inserted into the manifold 6 or is connected with the bottom of the manifold 6 so as to make the reaction gas supply port 15 locate at the center section of the manifold 6 in an arranged direction of the fuel cells 2. Thus, an amount of the reaction gas supplied to each fuel cell 2 forming the cell stack can be brought close to equality in order to improve the efficiency of power generation.
