A cellular phone is provided with; a function for reporting emergency to a set reporting destination; an intimidating shot crime prevention buzzer function; a function for storing image data from a built-in camera or transferring the image data to the set reporting destination; a position information transmitting function; a function for generating set voices at a large volume; a function which transmits a signal to an alarming device equipped with a receiver and generates large-volume voices or emergency alarms; a function which generates large-volume voices or emergency alarms in response to oscillation or sound; a function for urgently reporting emergency to the set reporting destination; a function for storing the image data from the built-in camera or transferring the image data to the set reporting destination; a mounting structure to an aperture part such as a porch door, a window and so on; and an operation function which relates to the above functions.
