To provide a manufacture method of a cellulose acylate film which is excellent in tear strength, folding resistance, low moisture permeability and optical characteristics, especially whose retardation is less dependent on temperature and moisture, and which has a superior stability for a long term preservation and the cellulose acylate film, an optical film (optical functional sheet) using the cellulose acetate film excellent in the above characteristics, an optical compensation film, the polarizer, the liquid crystal display and the silver halide photographic material.
The cellulose acylate film is prepared by the consecutive processes including a casting process casting the cellulose acylate composition containing the cellulose acylate, a radical polymerizable monomer (A) having a cyclic aliphatic hydrocarbon group and an optical polymerization initiator (L) and a light irradiation process.
