Title:
CELLULOSE-BASED RESIN FILM AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2008001081
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a cellulose-based resin film which can inhibit a film thickness distribution and streaks responsible for a deterioration in film surface quality during discharging a molten resin from a die, in case the cellulose-based resin film is manufactured by a melt- filming method, and to provide a method for manufacturing the cellulose-based resin film.

The method for manufacturing a cellulose acylate film 16' adopts a melt-filming step to discharge the molten resin obtained by melting with an extruder 11, to the surface of a cooling drum 14 travelling or rotating from the die 12, and harden the sheet-like resin by cooling. In this method, at least, a die lip 12C of the die 12 is structured of an alloy 13 obtained by flame-spraying 60 to 95 wt.% tungsten carbide and 5 to 40 wt.% composite material composed mainly of cobalt or nickel and carbon. In addition, the molten resin is discharged using the die 12 containing 0.5 to 3 wt.% chromium or graphite.
