PURPOSE: To obtain cellulose chromatography support superior in separation to plant cellulose chromatography support by containing cellulose produced by microorganism.
CONSTITUTION: Microorganism cellulose indicates cellulose produced by incubating microorganism. When the microorganism cellulose is compared with plant cellulose, the degree of roughness of cellulose fiber is small, its uniformity is high and cellulose chromatography support superior in separation can be obtained.
