Abstract:
To provide a cellulose derivative and a molding obtained therefrom, the cellulose derivative having higher chlorine resistance and alkaline resistance than a cellulose triacetate film.SOLUTION: A cellulose derivative shown in the structural formula of general formula (I) is provided. (In general formula (I), all or some of X are -CO-R, where Ris preferably selected from among a 1,1-dimethylethyl group, a 1,1-dimethylpropyl group, a 1,1-diethylpropyl group, a 1-methyl-1-ethylpropyl group, a 1,1-dimethylheptyl group, a 1,1,2,4-tetramethylpentyl group, a 1,4-dimethyl-1-ethyl-pentyl group and a 1,3-dimethyl-1-isopropyl-butyl group.)SELECTED DRAWING: None
